Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, subject to any exceptions provided by applicable law.
To be eligible, the item must be
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In its original condition
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except when the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — in those cases MIRENIA will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, once the issue has been verified.
